1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using a G Band or the PASS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

2. Product Description

The G Band is an NFC-enabled wristband that displays pre-configured emergency information when scanned by a compatible device. It is a supplementary safety tool and is not a substitute for emergency services, medical devices, or parental supervision.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into your child's profile. Safety For Generations is not liable for outdated, incorrect, or incomplete information displayed when a band is scanned.

4. Subscriptions

PASS Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your PASS dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

The G Band is designed to assist in emergency situations but cannot guarantee response or outcomes. Safety For Generations is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to: band malfunction, NFC incompatibility, network unavailability, or delays in notification delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused, unopened G Bands may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Activated bands may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a $5 restocking fee. Contact support@safetyforgenerations.com to initiate a return.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Safety For Generations and the G Band are the property of Safety For Generations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or the PASS dashboard.
